The Petroplast Group focuses on supplying high quality chemical raw materials, laboratory & machinery equipment, and spares to the adhesive, detergent &soap, food, ink & paint, lubricant, packaging & plastic, pharmaceutical, polymer
& synthetic resin, and used oil industries.We also leverage our experience to supply know-how and turnkey machinery for packaging, plastics, and synthetic resins.
The Group was established in Kenya during World War II when we were asked to supply shoe polish to the British Army. Our initial activities concentrated on the manufacture of coal tar based products, disinfectants, floor and shoe polishes,
and wood preservatives. In 1972 the family owned business expanded its activities into raw materials for adhesives, flexible packaging, ink & paint, lacquer, and resins. In due course the company added customers in the detergent & soap, food, and shampoo industries.
The Group has since expanded out of Kenya, having been based in the UK now for almost four decades. We have established long standing relationships with a diverse range of customers on a global basis. Our business and reputation has been built by providing an unparalleled level of attention, service & support, and sourcing raw material from our extensive network of contacts at highly competitive prices.
